(RADIATOR) Handler being ignored

        AccountingHandled
        <AuthBy Test>
        </AuthBy>
</Handler>



Is being ignored at present :(


WHERE in the config file should this handler be located.  The examples in goodies suggest after the <Client> entries and before any Realm entries.
