(RADIATOR) How to switch ON AvrgCoonectSpeed field?

Hello Alex -

You should have a look at a trace 4 debug from Radiator to see what 
attributes are present in the accounting requests - you may have to turn 
on additional accounting on the Cisco to get that sort of information.
