(RADIATOR) NasType and SNMP oid

Hello Mishary -
If you will send us all the relevant information, we will be happy to
add the corresponding Nas-Type to the distribution.
And this goes for anyone out there who has developed Nas-Type code - if
you are happy to contribute the code to us, we will be happy to add the
Nas-Types to the distribution.
