(RADIATOR) Email notification

Hi 
I would like to send email notification when user successufy authentificated. Should by per user like this:
userA  email to: adminA at domain.aa
userB  email to: adminB at domain.bb

Is possible to do directly with radiator, or I have to use external program and coperate with RADONLINE/RADUSERS tab.
