(RADIATOR) DBI Handled Error

Dear All,
 
When I am tracing my radius with trace 3 it is giving an error on
console which is as follow.
 
" DBI handle cleared whilst still active at Radius/util.pm line 514"
 
 
Any suggesting to fix this.
