Hello Everyone -

Could everyone who sends mail to the Radiator mailing list, please
follow these simple suggestions (it will save a lot of time).

With every question, please include the following information:

a clear description of the problem

copy of the Radiator configuration file (no secrets)

a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is happening

	any Perl error messages

version numbers for Radiator, Perl, and any additional modules being
used

if relevant, the hardware/software platform being used

You can also help yourself by reading the Radiator reference manual (at
least once), the Radius RFC's, and the documentation supplied by your
vendor for your NAS equipment. There are also many useful sources of
information on the web, inlcuding the Radiator FAQ and the Radiator
mailing list archives (www.open.com.au).

As most of you will have noticed by now, I will almost always ask you
for this additional documentation in any case, so you can make your
life (and mine) much easier by sending it with the original question.

many thanks

Hugh
