(RADIATOR) Redback SMS and NASPort

Hi,

I am a network engineer specialist in Redback SMS, and currently preparing
for installation of one box at an ISP site.

The ISP is using Radiator as Radius, and I have conducted some tests before
going live but I got the following error message 
whenever I use Radiator to authenticate the Dial-up users. 

Can you help please,
