(RADIATOR) EAP TLS

We have conducted futher tests with Radiator EAP TLS on Windows XP with Cisco 
Aironet wireless clients and APs.

Some interoperability issues for both Windows XP and Linux Xsupplicant have 
been fixed and are available in the Radiator 3.1 patches area.
Also some helpful information about TLS has been added to the FAQ.

We can also confirm that EAP MD5-Challenge works with Windows XP over 802.1x 
wireless.
