(RADIATOR) problems with radiator 3.0

Hello TDN -

I will need to see a copy of your configuration file (no secrets) together 
with a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is happening. I will also 
need to see your startup script and I would like to know what 
hardware/software platform you are running on.
