(RADIATOR) NoReplyHook

Hi! We wish to catch all radius packets that timeout and store them in
another SQL table, I was looking into NoReplyHook which seems to be the best
way to do this.

Can anyone suggest a better way to accomplish this or an example config/code
that does this. We need to catch all auth and acct packets that timeout.
