(RADIATOR) VPN-Neighbor Attribute not in Accounting Log

Hello William -
This looks to me like an accounting response being sent back to the NAS.
As usual, to be able to say anything more I will need to see a copy of the
configuration file (no secrets) together with a trace 4 debug from Radiator
showing what is happening.
