Hello Tichahleyi -

This sounds like you have not installed the GRIC software properly, or the 
proxied  requests are not getting to or from the GRIC server.

Please send me a copy of your configuration file (no secrets) together with a 
trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is happening.
