(RADIATOR) snmp.conf doubt

No. Radiator will check each of the sessions listed in the session database. 
The NAS(s) to contact are taken from the session records.

You would add the SNMPCommunity parameter to the Client clauses.

Have a look at section 6.5.6 in the Radiator reference manual.
