(RADIATOR) Using a IP Pool Question

Greetings,

I need to have certain users get an IP from a special pool. However, I want 
the NAS to do most of the work except for these selected users. What 
happens if I DO NOT place a PoolHint in a users information? Will Radiator 
return the normal stuff or return a 0.0.0.0 for an address?
