(RADIATOR) Weird realms

Hello Dan -

I prefer the Handler form as it tends to be easier to read and understand the 
resulting configuration file. Strictly speaking, Realms are more efficient, 
but Radiator almost always tends to be waiting for a database or something so 
it isn't an issue.

FYI - one of our large customers is using Handlers and an SQL database and he 
has tested his current setup to over 1200 requests per second.
