(RADIATOR) SNMP config (also X please)

Two things

1. Redhat 7.2 should be running at level 5 (/etc/inittab - initstate 5) to
spawn kdm
2. On Radhat XDMCP is disabled by default for network clients. You have to
enable it in /etc/X11/xdm/Xaccess
