(RADIATOR) Radiator exits with strange warning

Hello,

Recently Radiator (3.1) has been exiting abruptly leaving only this error as
the last line in the log:

WARNING: Host  202.xx.xx.xx has no IP address at '/etc/radiator/radius.cfg'
line 0

The IP in question is a downstream radius proxy.  There is nothing in the
log above that warning which would seem to indicate anything amiss.. in
fact, that IP hasn't been mentioned in the log for hours except for that
warning! Does anyone have any ideas?
