Simultaneous-Use is a check item, not a reply item:
fariya Simultaneous-Use = 2, User-Password = "****"
Framed-IP-Address = *.*.*.*,
Framed-IP-Netmask = 255.255.255.0,
Service-Type = Framed-User,
