(RADIATOR) CheckBlockTime

Hello Jack -

Can you please send me a copy of your configuration file (no secrets), 
together with a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is happening?

You can also put some print statements in the code and run Radiator from the 
command line to see what is going on.
