(RADIATOR) PostAuthHook

Hello -

The PostAuthHook is a Realm (or Handler) parameter.

<Realm ....>
	<AuthBy SQL>
		.....
	</AuthBy>
	PostAuthHook file:"%D/SetActive.txt"
</Realm>

There are some example hooks in the file "goodies/hooks.txt" in the 
distribution.
