Ingvar is correct, the regular expression without the whitespace works fine:

toto    Password=titi, Calling-Station-Id = 
/00:C0:26:AA:0B:44|00:C0:26:AA:0B:43/
        OSC-AVPAIR = demonstration

(sorry about the word wrap)
