(RADIATOR) DeallocateQuery

Hi , 
Radiator Ver 2.18.2 .

issue : DeallocateQuery

I want to deallocate SQL query not just by YIADDR but by USERNAME too . 

The basic is : 
update RADPOOL set STATE=0,TIME_STAMP=%t where YIADDR='%0'
what extension should I add ?
