(RADIATOR) wierd error

I've recently been getting the following error, Can anyone tell me what
this could be
DBD::mysql::db do failed: Got error 22 from table handler at
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0/Radius/SqlDb.pm line 232.

Also I've noticed that latly my ACCOUNTING tables has been getting
corupted, Has anyone elses had a similar problem.
I'm using a MySQL database & The OS is Linux 2.4 (Suse 7.2) Dual PIII
with 512Mb.  I have a feeling that all my recent troubles are directly
related to MySQL and not radiator. Can anyone share their experiances
with MySQL??
