(RADIATOR) Question about Radius and SQL

Hey Guys,
 
Having a few issues, as we are unable to easily find out where the cause of the slowdown's we get when a "avalanche" scenario occurs.
 
(where the amount of requests coming in, is faster than the processing power to complete them..)
 
Is this necessarily an SQL timeout, or could there be other attributing factors to these errors:
 
If so, how would we go about finding these out..
 
I tried LogMicroseconds in a <Log FILE> routine, and this is the output below.. (although I dont see any milliseconds results..)
