(go) IP by radius server

Sir,

we are authenticating using /etc/shadow,i would like my radius server to
assign IP address to the users not the router,we are using Dysnamic IP
address .
also i would like to assign a certain IP address for certain users.

what changes should i do to my radius server to work in that way
