(RADIATOR) radiator w/hawk - i billing

Hello Jason -

You specify the shared secrets in the Client clauses in the Radiator 
configuration file:

# define Client clauses

<Client n.n.n.n>
	Secret mysecret
	.....
</Client>

<Client m.m.m.m>
	.....
</Client>

......
