(RADIATOR) CA.pl

Hi- 

I'm trying to get 802.1x/PEAP from XP SP1 through a cisco 1200 to Radiator. I am having trouble generating the certs using openssl on redhat linux. 

I'm running sh mkcertificate.sh as root and pretty early on I get

mkcertificate.sh: CA.pl: command not found

I do not see CA.pl anywhere on my system. Anyone know where I can get this or what it is supposed to do?
