(RADIATOR) Radiator Verison 3.3 released

On SuSE Linux 8.0 it installed in /lib/perl5/site_perl, but
the proper directory would be /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl.
So I had to move files into the right directory.

Could you please correct this in the next release?
