(RADIATOR) Password Atribute

Hello Shan -

You have access to everything in the current request (and reply) in your 
hook.

The decoded password (%P) could be accessed like this:

	my $password = &Radius::Util::format_special('%P', $p);

See the example hooks in "goodies/hooks.txt".
