(RADIATOR) Using Called ID to make connect 33.6k

Hi

Is it possible to set up Radiator so that when a customer dials up a
differnet no. from the standard dial up no.
ie standard is 029910000 then they dial 029910001 that Radius sets up the
call up at 33.6k only ?

My current set up is below
<Realm DEFAULT>
  <AuthBy EMERALD>
..
  </AuthBy>
</Realm>

<SessionDatabase SQL>
..
</SessionDatabase>
