(RADIATOR) Totalcontrol Manager entries

Hello Gib -

If you send me a trace 4 debug from Radiator showing what is happening 
with these packets, I will take a look.

As Frank mentioned (thanks Frank), one way to deal with them is with a 
Handler if there is a suitable attribute in the requests.
