(RADIATOR) Handler Nas-IP-Address

I cannot seem to get my handlers to work using the Nas-IP-Address check
item.

I have tried each of the following, and each time I get the error no
Handler found.

<Handler Nas-IP-Address=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx>
<Handler Nas-IP-Address="xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx">
<Handler Nas-IP-Address=/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/>
<Handler Nas-IP-Address=/xxx\.xxx\.xxx\.xxx/>
<Handler Nas-IP-Address = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx>

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...
