(RADIATOR) vendor 2937, attributes 22/23 ?

Hello Kurt -

The names for vendor-specifics are usually designed to avoid collisions, 
so I would suggest something like this (until we get the "official" 
definitions).

VENDORATTR 2937     DTAG-Proxy-IP-Adr         22     ipaddr
VENDORATTR 2937     DTAG-Proxy-Receive-Time   23     integer

I have copied Mike on this mail so he can add these to the dictionary.
