(RADIATOR) Time conversion on Radiator 3.0

Hello,


    I'm having problem using the time function of radiator ver. 3.0 
when i'm using the until time or until 0800 it didn't work? while it is 
functioning in Radiator 2.19. Is there any new configuration for 
version 3.0 for time attribute?
