There is an example configuration file in the distribution in the file 
"goodies/sql.cfg", and there is an example SQL table creation script in the 
file "goodies/mysqlCreate.sql".

Also have a look at section 6.28 in the Radiator 3.0 reference manual.
("doc/ref.html").
