Configuration info for radiator when using mysql

Hello,
I am evaluating the Radiator for the authenticaton of our devices.
I need to test the radiator with "mysql" server as the database for the user
 authentication. Could you please enligthen me in this?
What configuration is required?
Any help in this is greatly appreciated.
