Only specific accounting types

Hi,

I was wondering whether it's possible to use both AccountingStopsOnly
and AccountingAlivesOnly to just take Alive/Stop into account, and no
starts?   Or is there a specific parameter to just accept anything but
starts (something like NoAccountingStarts or so)?
