(RADIATOR) Cisco NAS not returning Acct-Terminate-Cause

I am running Radiator 2.18.4. I have added AddtoReply Service-Type ..... for
Cisco. I can get accounting on other NASs but on Cisco Acct-Terminate-Cause is
returned null although it should give User request as is the case with the
other NAS. It is also shown in the dictionary file. Can you kindly tell what I
am missing.
