(RADIATOR) 13.1.13 Time

Hi,

With reference to the subject. Is there a way to address monthly requirements
using the time check item ?

As per manual it says, This check item allows you to specify which times of
day and which days of the week the user is allowed to log on. Hence, never 
tells what to do if the requirement is based on days of the month.
