This is entirely a NAS issue, as the RFC ("doc/rfc2865.txt") states that the 
implementation of Framed-Route is vendor dependent. You will have to check 
with your NAS vendor what is supported (if anything) and how to configure 
radius to do it.

Please let us know what you find out as I am sure others would like to know.
