(RADIATOR) Problem with radiator and NAS 5300 Cisco

hi

I just install a NAS 5300 (Cisco Asscess Server) in my network
It is working fine for regular users ..
But the system reject the users with "Simultaneous-Use = 1" en my user file
.
It is working fine with PortMaster 2(PM2) and PortMaster 3(PM3) Lucent
Devices and with snmpget in my radius deamon
Really I do not know what is happenig ..
