(RADIATOR) PORTLIMITCHECK problem

Hello Kevin -

This seems quite strange - can you please send me a copy of the configuration 
file (no secrets) together with a trace 4 debug showing what is happening?

BTW - the latest version of Radiator is 2.18.4.
