You will need to check a trace 4 debug together with your configuration file 
to verify exactly what is happening. However I suspect that you are receiving 
a radius request that your configuration file is not handling, and the NAS is 
resending the request every 30 seconds because it is not getting a response. 
This is quite often the case with Ascend equipment that is sending setup 
requests to the radius server.
