(RADIATOR) Assigning IPs Dynamically Through Platypus

Hi,

Is there any method of Assigning Dynamic IPs from POOL through 
Platypus.As like FramedGroupBaseAddress in Radiator or any other method 
to assign IP Pool from Platypus??
