(RADIATOR) how to save cisco-avpair= nas-rx-speed

Hi, I didn't find correct answer in list..
please, I would like to save to AcctLogFileName "cisco-avpair =
"nas-rx-speed=28800"" - the number "28800" but I don know what I have to
write to conf. file,
