(RADIATOR) Empty Queries

When I start my radius server I get an error that is
DBD::mysql:st execute failed Query was empty at
C:..../SqlDB.pm line 193, file line 17
Execute failed for ''; Query was empty
DBD::mysql:st execute failed Query was empty at
C:..../SqlDB.pm line 193, file line 17
Execute failed for ''; Query was empty
Can't call method fetchrow on an undefined value ....


Is this just because I haven't populated my database
with users yet or is something else going on here?
