(RADIATOR) problem with platradacct.cgi

Hi all
I install the platradacct.cgi script in my cgi-bin dir and I installed
and configured the apache server
What I get when I connected to the site is this :

All Users

This report shows summarised usage for all users in the Radius detail
file /var/log/radius/detail. You can also see a summary by IP Address
<http://nir4.mofet.macam98.ac.il/cgi-bin/platradacct.cgi?type=all_framed
_ip_addresses&filename=/var/log/radius/detail> . 
User-Name
Acct-Session-Time
In-Octets
Out-Octets
In-Packets
Out-Packets
 
 
 
 
As you see I don't get any details and in my radius.cfg I put :
AcctLogFileName %L/detail
In the realm part of my configuration.
