(RADIATOR) could not connect to NAS

Hi,
I am evaluating radiator these days and I could not successfully connect
to NAS here is Trace 4 out put as well radius.cfg file
please suggest me.
I have configure cisco2511 as sample configuration
(Radiator-Demo-2.18.4/goodies/ciscoConfig.txt)
