You would use the special characters in the file name specified.

<Log FILE>
	Filename %L/logfile-%m
</Log>

This will create a file called "logfile-06" for the month of June, etc. in 
the currently defined log directory.

Have a look at section 6.2 in the Radiator 2.18.1 reference manual.
