I see the challenge as being more oriented to getting a properly mapped
"$nas_id:$nas_port" space happening.  If I have to pinch a prefix off the
Acct-Session-Id and graft that onto the NAS-Port-Id, then so be it.  But
my prefered solution is to get $nas_id to have a value unique for each
possible NAS (be it NAS-IP-Address or NAS-Identifier).
